由于不锈钢材质的热膨胀系数大,在加工该种材质的切削过程中产生的热量较多,影响零件的尺寸精度。为保证工件的加工质量,提高效率,本文从刀具选用、车削用量、润滑冷却等方面对不锈钢工件车削加工时的技巧作一些简单的分析和探讨。
Due to the large coefficient of thermal expansion of stainless steel, heat generated in the processing of the material cutting more, affecting the dimensional accuracy of the parts. In order to ensure the processing quality of the workpiece and improve the efficiency, this article makes some simple analyzes and discussions on the technique of turning the stainless steel workpiece from aspects of tool selection, turning amount, lubrication cooling and so on.
