21世纪的人们正在全面迈进知识经济时代,人力资源已被企业和社会锁定为最为宝贵的财富。在这种飞速的社会发展和人类进步过程中,人们取得了共识:要大力开发人力资源。“共识”要求人们以行动来回应,但首先应当明确——究竟什么是人力资源开发(HRD)?它的核心理念在过去、现在和将来有过或者将有何种变化?笔者认为,借鉴前人的智慧有助于今人对理念进行整合统一,从而加以运用和创新。
In the 21st century, people are fully entering the era of knowledge economy. Human resources have been locked in as the most valuable asset of enterprises and society. In this process of rapid social development and human progress, people have reached a consensus: We must vigorously develop human resources. The “consensus” requires people to respond with actions, but first of all should be clear - what is the development of human resources (HRD)? What are the changes in its core concepts in the past, present, and in the future? The wisdom of people helps the modern people integrate and unify ideas and use and innovate.
