目的:观察口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人术后应用不同的肠内营养支持对治疗效果的影响。方法:选择口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后病人29例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组14例,使用整蛋白型肠内营养制剂立适康进行营养支持;对照组15例,使用自制匀浆膳。并分别测定术前1 d和术后第7天营养相关指标。结果:试验组病人平均住院时间、体重、血清清蛋白、球蛋白与对照组比较无显著性差异。但血清前清蛋白、淋巴细胞均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人术后早期使用整蛋白型肠内营养制剂进行营养支持,可减轻病人胃肠道刺激,对病人营养状况和免疫功能的恢复较自制匀浆膳效果更好。
Objective: To observe the effect of different enteral nutrition support on the treatment outcome of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor. Methods: Twenty-nine patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors were randomly divided into test group and control group. The experimental group of 14 cases, the use of whole protein enteral nutrition Li Shi Kang nutrition support; control group of 15 cases, using homemade homogenate meal. The nutrition-related indexes on the first day before operation and on the seventh day after operation were measured respectively. Results: The average length of hospital stay, body weight, serum albumin and globulin in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the control group. However, serum prealbumin, lymphocytes were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Oral and maxillofacial malignancies patients with early postoperative nutritional support using whole protein enteral nutrition preparations can reduce gastrointestinal motility in patients with nutritional status and immune function recovery than homemade homogenate better.
