用CMC-52柱和CM-SephadexC-25柱分离了眼镜蛇NajanajaL.毒中的蛋白质及其金属离子Zn2+和Mg2+,分离出20多个蛋白峰,且能除去绝大多数蛋白馏分中的Zn和Mg。还对一种毒性最强的不含金属离子的神经毒组分作了初步鉴定,用小鼠测得其半数致死量LD50=0.092mg/kg。
The Cobra Najanaja L was isolated using a CMC-52 column and a CM-Sephadex C-25 column. The protein and its metal ions Zn2+ and Mg2+ in the poison, separated more than 20 protein peaks, and can remove Zn and Mg in most protein fractions. A preliminary identification of a neurotoxic component that was the most toxic and free of metal ions was used. The median lethal dose (LD50) of the mouse was determined to be 0.02 mg/kg.
