利用热模拟试验机对经过模拟控轧压缩变形的试样进行控制冷却试验,对热轧管线钢在不同冷却条件下的组织结构,晶粒度和析出相的形态等进行了研究,为制定热轧生产的控制冷却制度提供了依据,具有重要的理论意义和参考价值。
The thermal simulation test machine was used to control the cooling test of the sample subjected to the controlled rolling compression deformation. The microstructure and grain size of the hot-rolled pipeline steel under different cooling conditions were studied. Rolling production control cooling system provides a basis for the study, has important theoretical significance and reference value.
