通过对试点项目的全面剖析 ,论证了试点项目具备工业活动的主要特征 ,试点项目的教学质量表现为一条“链”的质量 ,因而评估试点项目的教学质量可以借鉴被广泛用于保证工业活动产品质量的方法———ISO90 0 0族标准。根据试点项目实际 ,以及ISO90 0 1～ 90 0 3系列标准质量保证能力的不同 ,本文认为选择ISO90 0 1质量保证标准作为构建试点项目教学质量评估体系的理论框架是比较合适的。在借鉴ISO90 0 1质量保证标准 ,建立试点项目质量评估体系的过程中 ,要重实效 ,轻形式 ,注意将ISO质量管理思想的理论精髓应用到试点项目的实践中去。试点电大都要根据自身情况 ,有针对性地开展教学质量控制活动。
Through the comprehensive analysis of the pilot project, it proves that the pilot project possesses the main features of industrial activities.
