大型机械化矿井通风系统复杂,风流调节难度大,采用传统的风流调节方法难以达到良好的效果。针对某大型机械化矿井盘区二级风机机站难以设置、盘区作业风量分配不均的难题,应用矿用空气幕建立了硐室型风机机站,有效替代有风墙辅扇。现场应用研究结果表明,硐室型风机机站能在不影响无轨运输设备运行和人员通行的情况下,作业盘区的进风量从47.7m3/s增加到75m3/s,实现了风量的合理分配,及时排出了井下作业产生的污浊空气,改善了作业环境,具有较好的推广应用前景。

Aimed at the difficulty of setting up the second-level wind turbine station in a large mechanized mine shaft and the uneven distribution of operating air volume in the panel area, a mine-type air curtain was used to establish a tunnel-type wind turbine station, which effectively replaced the auxiliary wind-wall fan. The results of field application show that the air inlet capacity of the operation panel can be increased from 47.7m3 / s to 75m3 / s without affecting the operation and personnel access of the trackless transportation equipment, thus achieving the rational distribution of air volume , Timely discharge of the dirty air generated by downhole operations, improve the operating environment, with good prospects for promotion and application.
