目的探讨能产生细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)与细胞空泡毒素(VacA)的幽门螺杆菌(HP)与消化性溃疡的关系。方法用免疫印迹法检测分析经尿素酶及组织学Giemsa染色证实HP阳性的血清标本共117份,其中慢性胃炎68份,消化性溃疡49份。观察两种疾病中CagA与VacA阳性的HP检测结果。结果慢性胃炎组、消化性溃疡组的CagA与VacA阳性的HP感染率分别为35.29%(24/68)和61.12%(30/49),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论具有CagA与VacA的HP的菌株与消化性溃疡发病密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (HP) and peptic ulcer, which can produce cytotoxin-related protein (CagA) and cellular vacuolating toxin (VacA). Methods A total of 117 serum samples confirmed to be positive for HP by histological Giemsa staining and western blotting were analyzed by Western blotting, including 68 chronic gastritis and 49 peptic ulcer. The CagA and VacA positive HP test results were observed in both diseases. Results The HP infection rates of CagA and VacA in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were 35.29% (24/68) and 61.12% (30/49), respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion The strains of HP with CagA and VacA are closely related to the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer.
