高强度双相钢冲压成形的主要缺陷是回弹。而金属塑性变形的微观组织形变可以揭示变形回弹机理。通过单向拉伸实验,获得材料力学性能参数;计算V形弯曲变形的应力分布,并进行实际弯曲。为此,研究了大塑性变形的微观组织形貌以及微观组织流动性与应力分布的对应关系。结果表明,弯曲圆弧内区层的塑性流动性优于外区层,对回弹的影响大于外区层。研究结果为控制高强度双相钢冲压回弹量提供一定的理论基础与方法。
The main drawback of high strength duplex steel stamping is rebound. However, the microstructure deformation of metal plastic deformation can reveal the mechanism of deformation rebound. Through the uniaxial tensile test, the mechanical properties of the material were obtained. The stress distribution of the V-shaped bending deformation was calculated and the actual bending was performed. Therefore, the relationship between the microstructure of the plastic deformation and the fluidity and stress distribution of the microstructure has been studied. The results show that the plastic fluidity of the curved inner zone is better than that of the outer zone and the impact on springback is greater than that of the outer zone. The results provide some theoretical basis and method for controlling the amount of rebound of high-strength dual-phase steel.
