目的 了解珠海市小学一年级学生贫血分布及贫血学生的营养状况, 为制定学生贫血防治措施和策略提供科学依据.方法 根据广东省各中小学生体检机构统一上报体质健康普查数据的\"广东省中小学生健康体检数据上报系统\"对珠海市2016年小学一年级学生体质健康普查数据进行t检验和χ2检验统计分析.结果 珠海市2016年小学一年级学生贫血患病率为5.00%, 其中轻度贫血为4.95%, 中度贫血为0.05%, 没有发现重度贫血, 城乡、性别间差异均无统计学意义 (χ2=0.050、3.692, P>0.05);贫血组消瘦检出率高于正常组, 两者差异有统计学意义 (χ2=4.812, P<0.05).贫血组的身高、体重和BMI体质量指数均值均低于正常组, 差异均有统计学意义 (t=6.622、6.614、4.983, P<0.01).结论 珠海市小学一年级学生贫血患病率不高, 但贫血学生营养状况令人担忧, 应加强小学一年级学生营养健康教育.\",\"Objective To understand the distribution of anemia in primary school students in Zhuhai, the nutritional status of anemia students, and to provide scientific basis for the development of students\' anemia prevention and control measures and strategies. Methods According to the \"Guangdong Province primary and secondary school students health examination data reporting system\"on the Zhuhai City in 2016 primary school first grade data for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of anemia in primary freshmen in 2016 was 5. 00% in Zhuhai City, with mild anemia of 4. 95% and moderate anemia of 0. 05%. No severe anemia was found. The detection rate of lean body weight in anemia group was higher than that in normal group (χ2= 4. 812, P < 0. 05).The mean anemia group\' s height, weight and BMI body mass index were lower than the normal group (t = 6. 622, 6. 614, 4. 983, P < 0. 01). Conclusion The prevalence of anemia in primary school students in Zhuhai is not high, but the nutritional status of anemia students is worrying, should strengthen primary school students nutrition and health education.
