本院2004-2008年对32例症状明显而影响日常生活的腰椎不稳患者，应用GSS-Ⅱ椎弓根钉棒系统后路内固定，有选择性的行后路椎板、小关节突间植骨融合和半椎板或全椎板减压椎体间融合术，取得满意疗效，现总结如下。
