师徒制是我国古代教育史上主要的教学形式,其影响自古至今。传统手工艺中“父子相传”“师徒相授”的师徒制方式,为中国古代传统手工艺的传承做出了巨大的贡献。如何将传统手工艺的这种传承模式创新运用到现代高校教育体制中,是高校亟待解决的问题。文章从师徒制的内涵入手,对师徒制在高校教学的组织形式以及评价标准与现实意义进行分析,希望对当今高等院校传统手工艺的教育方式与体制改革有所裨益,做到真正意义上的古为今用。
Apprenticeship is the main form of education in the history of ancient Chinese education, its influence from ancient times until now. In the traditional handicrafts, the mentoring system of “father and son pass on” and “mentoring of master and disciple” made great contributions to the inheritance of ancient Chinese traditional handicrafts. How to apply this inheritance pattern of traditional handicraft to the modern university education system is an urgent problem to be solved in colleges and universities. The article starts with the connotation of mentoring system and analyzes the organizational form of apprenticeship teaching in colleges and universities as well as the evaluation criteria and the practical significance. It is hoped that it will bring benefits to the educational methods and system reform of traditional arts and crafts in colleges and universities, On the ancient use of this.
