目的:对柳叶鬼针草地上部分中的3种主要黄酮苷类成分木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(化合物Ⅰ)、槲皮苷(化合物Ⅱ)、紫铆因-4-甲氧基-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(化合物Ⅲ)进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱(0~30min,16∶84;30~46min,24∶76),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长350nm,柱温25℃。结果:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ进样量在0.01~5.00μg范围内均有良好的线性关系(r≥0.9992,n=8)。化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ的平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.3%(RSD为2.0%)、100.4%(RSD为1.8%)和102.6%(RSD为1.9%)。结论:本方法能够准确测定柳叶鬼针草中3种主要黄酮苷类成分含量。
Objective: To study the three main flavonoid glycosides luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Compound I), quercitrin (Compound II), and butane in the upper part of the grass The content was determined by 4-methoxy-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Compound III). METHODS: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used on a ZORBAX SB-C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column using acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution (0-30 min, 16:84; 30-46 min, 24:76), flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength 350 nm, column temperature 25°C. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between injections of compounds I-III in the range of 0.01-5.00 μg (r ≥ 0.9992, n = 8). The average recoveries of compounds I-III (n=6) were 100.3% (RSD 2.0%), 100.4% (RSD 1.8%), and 102.6% (RSD 1.9%), respectively. Conclusion: The method can accurately determine the content of three main flavonoid glycosides in B. lanceolata.
