目的探讨公共部门对药品安全突发事件的媒体应对之策。方法以政府传播和危机公关基本理论为基础和指导,以危机管理与政府媒介公关的相互关系为切入点,重点分析药品安全突发事件中政府与媒体良性关系的构建。结果与结论政府应加强信息公开建设,用好政府新闻发布机制,利用网络、微博等新媒体的巨大力量,实现公共部门与媒体的良性互动,从而提高公共部门对药品安全突发事件的媒体应对能力。
Objective To explore the public sector response to drug emergency measures in the media. Methods Based on the basic theories of government communication and crisis public relations, this article takes the relationship between crisis management and government media public relations as the starting point, and analyzes the construction of the benign relationship between government and media in the emergency of drug safety. Results and Conclusion The government should strengthen the openness of information disclosure, make good use of the government press release mechanism and make use of the tremendous power of the new media such as the Internet and Weibo to realize the benign interaction between the public sector and the media so as to enhance the public sector’s media on drug safety emergencies Coping ability.
