维护职工合法权益是工会组织的基本职能,这是《工会法》第六条的明确规定。当前在企业改制和不断发展的新形势下,工会组织在做好企业稳定工作的同时,一定要把依法维护好、实现好职工的合法权益放在重要的位置,让广大职工充分享受到企业不断发展壮大带来的丰硕成果,进而能够更加自觉地为公司发展做贡献。
