阐述了抽油机的设计要求及国内外现有无梁式液压抽油机的基本特点,提出了一种新型无梁式液压抽油机──功率回收型液压抽油机的设计原理。这种液压抽油机用蓄能器作为能量储存元件,用变量泵—马达作为动力执行机构,通过改变变量果—马达排量大小来改变其输出扭矩的大小,不仅使交量泵—马达和抽油杆在往复运动中互为动力和负载,实现功率回收,而且可调节抽油杆的运动速度或冲次,是一种结构紧凑、耗能少、冲程长、载荷大的新型液压抽油机。
