采用超声-浸渍方法制备负载型Ni/γ-Al_2O_3及稀土(nRE∶nNi=1∶100)改性Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂。以糠醛加氢制2-甲基呋喃为探针反应测试催化性能。结果表明,反应温度为310℃时,Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂糠醛转化率为100%,对2-甲基呋喃选择性为95.3%;添加稀土Nd和Eu改性后,催化剂活性不变,对2-甲基呋喃的选择性从95.3%分别提高到96.2%和97.4%。
The supported Ni / γ-Al 2 O 3 and rare earth (nRE: nNi = 1: 100) modified Ni / γ-Al 2 O 3 catalysts were prepared by ultrasonic impregnation method. Catalytic performance of furfural hydrogenation to 2-methylfuran as probe reaction was tested. The results showed that the conversion of furfural to Ni / γ-Al 2 O 3 was 100% and the selectivity to 2-methylfuran was 95.3% when the reaction temperature was 310 ℃. After the addition of rare earth Nd and Eu, the activity of the catalyst was unchanged. The selectivity for 2-methylfuran increased from 95.3% to 96.2% and 97.4%, respectively.
