目的:建立气相色谱法测定痛肿灵酊中樟脑、薄荷脑、异龙脑、龙脑含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Phenomenex ZB-WAX石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),火焰离子化检测器温度:280℃,进样口温度:250℃,柱温:130℃。结果:樟脑在0.110~5.492μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.04%,RSD=0.28%(n=9);薄荷脑在0.120~6.024μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.16%,RSD=0.50%(n=9);异龙脑在0.028~1.402μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为99.03%,RSD=0.40%(n=9),龙脑在0.034~1.700μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.27%,RSD=0.41%(n=9)阴性样品无干扰结论:该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为痛肿灵酊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of camphor, menthol, isoborneol and borneol in Tonglu Ling tincture by gas chromatography. METHODS: The column was equipped with a Phenomenex ZB-WAX quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm). The temperature of the flame ionization detector was 280 ℃. The temperature of inlet was 250 ℃ and the temperature was 130 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of camphor was linear in the range of 0.110-5.492 μg (r = 0.999 5), with an average recovery of 99.04% and a RSD of 0.28% (n = 9). Menthol had good linearity in the range of 0.120-6.024 μg r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 0.50% (n = 9). The isoborneol had a good linearity (r = 0.999 1) within the range of 0.028-1,402 μg with an average recovery of 99.03% RSD = 0.40% (n = 9). There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 0.034-1.700μg with a mean recovery of 99.27% and a RSD of 0.41% (n = 9) : The method is simple, accurate and reliable results, can be used as a quality control Tongling Ling tincture.
