物资管理的主要职能是及时、齐备、经济地供应物资。物资流转的各个环节与生产紧密相关,在物资管理中推行风险管理是十分必要的,推行风险管理是物资管理水平上一新台阶的必要途径。1在物资管理各环节进行风险教育,提高风险意识进行安全风险知识的学习,使全员认识到实行安全风险管理就是通过强化安全风险防范意识、引入安全风险管理方法构建安全风险防控体系,及时把显性和潜在的安全风险因素及问题找出来,加以有效控制,实现超前防范,从而确保安全万无一失。这是一个发现问题、解决问题、改进完善再发现问题的螺旋上升过程和闭环过程。
