通过分析溢油后海洋保护区的生态系统结构和生态服务功能指标响应值改变大小来评价溢油对海洋保护区的污染程度,首先构建海洋保护区溢油污染评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各评价指标的权重,确定指标因子基准值,然后确立保护区溢油污染综合评价模型,运用综合评价方法快速确定溢油对海洋保护区污染程度大小。该评价模型为溢油保护区污染评价提供新方法,为决策部门采取应急对策提供科学依据。
By analyzing the change of the response value of the marine ecosystem’s ecosystem structure and ecological service function after oil spill, the assessment of the pollution degree of oil spill to marine protected areas was carried out. Firstly, the index system of evaluating oil spill pollution in marine protected areas was established, and the analytic hierarchy process AHP) to calculate the weight of each evaluation index, determine the reference value of the index factor, and then establish a comprehensive evaluation model of oil spill pollution in protected areas, and use the comprehensive evaluation method to quickly determine the extent of oil pollution to marine pollution. The evaluation model provides a new method for pollution assessment of oil spill protection zones and provides a scientific basis for decision-making departments to take emergency measures.
