根据加工对象尺寸与加工精度的不同 ,将激光加工分为大型件激光加工、精密激光加工与激光微细加工技术三大类。重点介绍了激光精密加工技术 ,并与传统精密加工方法进行了比较。综述了激光精密加工的国内外发展现状及该技术的发展前景 ,并对我国激光精密加工技术的发展提出了建议。
According to the size and processing accuracy of different objects, the laser processing is divided into large pieces of laser processing, precision laser processing and laser micro-processing technology three categories. The laser precision machining technology is mainly introduced and compared with the traditional precision machining method. The development status of laser precision machining at home and abroad as well as the development prospect of the technology are reviewed. Suggestions for the development of laser precision machining technology in China are also given.
