采用固定床流动反应装置研究了在多组分 Ni 基催化剂上催化干气选择氧化制氢的反应性能。结果表明:在床层温度860 ℃,空速3 .0 ×105h - 1 时,干气中甲烷转化率96 .8 % ,乙烯、乙烷全部转化、 C O 选择性> 90 % 。尾气中主要成分 H2 占54 .0 % 、 C O 占34 .6 % ,若 C O 通过水蒸汽变换反应转化为 H2 ,则尾气中的总 H2 量可达88 % ,从而大大提高了催化干气的利用价值。
The reaction performance of selective oxidation of dry gas to hydrogen on a multi-component Ni-based catalyst was studied using a fixed-bed flow reactor. The results showed that at the bed temperature of 860 ℃ and space velocity of 3. 0 × 105h - 1, the dry methane conversion rate of 96. 8%, ethylene, ethane conversion, C O selectivity> 90%. Exhaust gas H2 accounted for 54 major components. 0%, C 0 34%. 6%. If CO is converted to H2 by steam reforming reaction, the total amount of H2 in the tail gas can reach 88%, which greatly increases the utilization value of catalytic dry gas.
