人力产权是从产权理论和产权制度角度,对生产力中人的要素的各项权利的界定,可定义为劳动者劳动技能及劳动成果的所有权、支配权、使用权、收益权等权利。以人力产权概念代替劳动产权概念和劳动力产权概念,不仅有经济理论研究意义,而且对于研究国企产权改革中职工人力产权的肯定和维护十分重要。利润分享制应该成为重要的人力产权企业实现机制,构成国企现代企业制度的必要内容。
From the perspective of property rights theory and property rights system, human rights property defines the rights of human elements in the productive forces and can be defined as the rights of the laborers such as the ownership, control rights, rights to use and rights to benefits of labor skills and labor outcomes. Replacing the concept of labor property and the concept of labor property right with the concept of human property not only has the significance of economic theory research, but also very important for the affirmation and maintenance of workers’ human rights in the reform of property rights of state-owned enterprises. Profit sharing system should become an important mechanism for the realization of human resource enterprises and constitute the necessary elements of the modern enterprise system of state-owned enterprises.
