采用CO2激光点火的方法研究了双基推进剂SQ-2和RDX-CMDB推进剂在不同热流密度作用下的点火特性,探讨了RDX含量、Al粉和燃烧催化剂对RDX-CMDB推进剂点火性能的影响。实验结果表明,SQ-2和RDX-CMDB推进剂(含Al粉的配方除外)的点火延迟时间随热流密度增加而递减,且热流密度较高时,点火延迟时间变化趋缓。RDX-CMDB推进剂中RDX含量、Al粉和催化剂对其点火延迟时间的影响与热流密度大小有关。在较低热流密度(51.5 W.cm-2)时,除Al粉使推进剂的点火延迟时间变长以外,其他组分对点火延迟时间的影响则不大;在较高热流密度(102 W·cm-2和153 W·cm-2)时,试样的点火延迟时间随着RDX含量的增加而变长,Al粉和催化剂的加入对点火过程和点火延迟时间均有较大影响。
The ignition characteristics of two propellant SQ-2 and RDX-CMDB propellants under different heat flux density were investigated by CO2 laser ignition. The effects of RDX content, ignition of Al powder and combustion catalyst on the ignition properties of RDX-CMDB propellants influences. The experimental results show that the ignition delay time of SQ-2 and RDX-CMDB propellants (except Al powder containing formulations) decreases with the increase of heat flux, and the ignition delay time changes slowly when the heat flux is high. RDX-CMDB propellant RDX content, Al powder and catalyst on the ignition delay time and heat flux density. At lower heat flux (51.5W.cm-2), the ignition delay time of the other components except Al2O3 powder was longer than that of the Al powder, · Cm-2 and 153 W · cm-2), the ignition delay time of samples increases with the increase of RDX content, and the addition of Al powder and catalyst greatly affects the ignition process and ignition delay time.
