高强度的军事训练有利于增强心肌收缩力、增加心排血量,提高士兵运动能力和耐力素质~[1];但也存在引起心肌代谢和心肌细胞通透性异常的可能,导致心肌损伤、坏死,可表现为恶性心律失常、心力衰竭及心源性猝死等~[2]。近期,我们对某部首次强负荷训练的新兵训练前后进行心电图检查,以及心肌损伤标记物检测,共检出心肌损伤46例。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况某部首次进行强负荷训练的健康男
