国际海上货物运输主要有两种方式:一是班轮运输,二是租船运输。班轮运输又叫提单运输,在对外贸易中占海上货物运输量大部分,具有极为重要的地位和作用。提单是承运人签发给托运人,证明双方已签订运输合同、货物已由承运人接管或装载,以及承运人保证在目的港据以交付货物的凭证。大多数国家在国内的航运立法中,对提单的内容以及提单运输中承运人与托运人的权利、义务均有具体的规定。关于这方面的法律,有的称为海商法,有的叫做海上货物运输法。在长期的海上货物运输发展过程中;世界上主要的航运国家还缔结了三个关于班轮运输的国际公约,即1924年《海牙规则》
International maritime transport of goods mainly in two ways: First, liner transport, and second, charter transport. Liner shipping, also known as shipping, in foreign trade accounted for most of the volume of maritime cargo traffic, has an extremely important position and role. The bill of lading is issued by the carrier to the shipper to prove that the two sides have signed a contract of carriage, the goods have been taken over or loaded by the carrier, and the carrier promised to deliver the goods at the port of destination evidence. Most countries have specific provisions on the content of bills of lading and the rights and obligations of carriers and shippers in the carriage of bills of lading in domestic shipping legislation. Some laws on this area are called maritime law, and some are called the law of carriage of goods by sea. In the long-term development of maritime freight transport, three major shipping countries in the world have also concluded three international conventions on liner shipping: the 1924 Hague Rules
