对辅助浸金剂过氧化氢和高锰酸钾的加入对金氰化浸出行为的影响进行了探讨。试验结果表明,先加高锰酸钾,浸出8 h后,再加过氧化氢,比同时混合加入过氧化氢和高锰酸钾效果好。在金浸出速度和浸出率基本相同的情况下,可以降低过氧化氢和氰化物的耗量。与常规氰化法相比,过氧化氧与高锰酸钾联合使用时,金的浸出速度和浸出率显著提高,氰化物耗量大大降低。
The effects of auxiliary leaching agent hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate on the gold cyanide leaching behavior were discussed. The results showed that adding potassium permanganate and leaching for 8 h followed by hydrogen peroxide was better than adding hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate simultaneously. In the gold leaching rate and leaching rate under the same circumstances, can reduce the consumption of hydrogen peroxide and cyanide. Compared with the conventional cyanidation method, the combination of peroxide and potassium permanganate gold leaching rate and leaching rate significantly increased cyanide consumption decreased significantly.
