目的:研究采用拉曼光谱法快速检测减肥中成药中非法添加的酚酞。方法:本文首先对4份减肥中成药样品各加入5 mL甲醇,超声10 min进行提取,接下来对提取液进行过滤,最后直接进行拉曼光谱的测试。结果:建立了酚酞-甲醇溶液的标准曲线,并且对添加不同质量浓度酚酞的减肥中成药进行拉曼光谱检测,所得结果与酚酞实际添加量一致。酚酞在0.1%以上浓度时,浓度与拉曼信号强度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998 1),RSD 3.7%。结论:结合简单的前处理方法,拉曼光谱法可对减肥中成药中非法添加的酚酞进行快速筛查,并可进行定量分析;该方法快速、简便、成本低,检测限达1%,可同时得到定性与定量结果。
OBJECTIVE: To study the rapid detection of phenolphthalein illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine for weight loss by Raman spectroscopy. Methods: Firstly, 4 samples of Chinese medicine for weight loss were added into 5 mL of methanol and extracted by ultrasonic for 10 min. Then, the extract was filtered, and finally the Raman spectrum was directly tested. Results: The standard curve of phenolphthalein-methanol solution was established. Raman spectroscopy was used to detect the weight loss proprietary Chinese medicines with different concentrations of phenolphthalein. The results were consistent with the actual addition of phenolphthalein. Phenolphthalein at a concentration of 0.1% or more, the concentration and Raman signal intensity showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.998 1), RSD 3.7%. Conclusion: A simple pre-treatment method can be used to screen phenolphthalein illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine for weight loss by Raman spectroscopy. The method can be used for quantitative analysis. The method is rapid, simple, and low in cost. The detection limit is 1% At the same time be qualitative and quantitative results.
