小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)、急性髓性白血病(AML)、非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)是儿童最常见的恶性肿瘤。随着联合化疗的应用,完全缓解率和长期无病生存率明显提高。但由于强化疗造成骨髓严重抑制,导致外周血粒细胞明显减少或缺乏而发生重症感染。我科应用吉粒芬(杭州九源基因工程有限公司生产的rhG-CSF制剂)治疗急性白血病和恶性淋巴瘤联合化疗后的白细胞减少症50例次,报道如下。
Pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) are the most common malignancies in children. With the combination of chemotherapy, complete remission rate and long-term disease-free survival rate increased significantly. However, due to intensive chemotherapy resulted in severe inhibition of bone marrow, resulting in significantly reduced or lack of peripheral blood granulocytes and severe infection. Our department application Guili Fen (Hangzhou nine source Gene Engineering Co., Ltd. rhG-CSF preparation) for the treatment of acute leukemia and malignant lymphoma combined chemotherapy of leukopenia in 50 cases, reported as follows.
