摘要[目的]研究粳稻各產量性状间的关系,为粳稻育种和大面积生产提供指导。[方法]以江苏省17个粳稻品种(系)(南粳9108、南粳94140、南粳44、武运粳24号、武运粳23号、武运29154、武运粳211、扬粳806、扬粳4227、宁9213、宁9210、宁0212、淮稻5号、淮6188、迟815、盐9029、常粳115)为材料,对有效穗数、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重、穗长等性状进行相关分析、通径分析和回归分析。[结果]产量各性状间存在复杂的关系,产量与各因素的简单相关关系大小为:有效穗数>穗粒数>结实率>千粒重;偏相关分析表明,产量与有效穗数、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重呈极显著正相关,各因子之间呈极显著负相关;通径分析表明,各因素对产量的作用大小为:穗粒数(d2=0.836)>有效穗数(d1=0.630)>千粒重(d4=0.158)>结实率(d3=0.158);建立的最优回归方程表明,产量与4个因素间存在极显著的线性回归关系。[结论]在粳稻的高产栽培过程中,应在适宜穗数的基础上,把促大穗、提高穗粒数作为主攻方向,同时要综合考虑穗粒数和穗数以及千粒重间互作效应。

Comprehensive Analysis of Yield Related Characters of Some Japonica Rice Varieties (lines) in Jiangsu province

Abstract[Objective] The aim was to study the relationship among every yield related characters of some japonica rice varieties(lines), and provide guidance for japonica rice varieties breeding and production in a large scale. [Method] The correlation analysis, path analysis and regression analysis of the number of effective ear, kernels per ear, setting rate, 1 000kernel weight, ear length of 17 japonica rice varieties(lines), such as Nanjing 9108, Nanjing 94140, Nanjing 44, Wuyunjing No. 24, Wuyunjing No. 23, Wuyun 29154, Wuyunjing 211, Yangjing 806, Yangjing 4227, Ning 9213, Ning 9210, Ning 0212, Huaidao No. 5, Huai 6188, Chi 815, Yan 9029 and Changjing 115, were conducted. [Result] There were complex relationships among every yield characters, the simple corelation coefficient between yield and every yield factors was in order: effective ear number> kernel number per ear> setting rate> 1 000kernel weight; the partial corelation analysis results showed that yield showed very significant positive correlation with effective ear number, kernels per ear, setting rate and 1 000kernel weight, while there were very significant negative correlation among every factors; the path analysis results showed that the effect of every factor on yield was in order: kernel number per ear(d2=0.836)>effective ear number(d1=0.630)>1000kernel weight(d4=0.158)>setting rate(d3=0.158); the established best regression equation showed that there were very significant positive correlation among 4 factors. [Conclusion] During high yield cultivation of japonica rice, based on the suitable ear number, to promote big ear and improve ear number should be as the major goal, and should consider the interaction effect among kernel number per ear, ear number, and 1000kernel weight comprehensively at the same time.
