基于隔离膜剂成膜理论,以抗盐、抗温阳离子聚合物和超细碳酸钙(PF-QWY)等材料复配研制出耐高温耐盐隔离膜屏蔽剂QAT-2。介绍了QAT-2的研制方法、作用原理并对其性能进行了评价。室内评价结果表明:QAT-2具有较好的封堵成膜效果;砂管实验证明QAT-2的成膜时间短,强度高,能有效封堵20~40目的模拟砂床;防膨性能评价结果表明,QAT-2抑制性强,能够有效防止井壁垮塌掉块,具有较好的储层保护效果。
Based on the film-forming theory of barrier film, QAT-2, a high-temperature salt-resistant barrier film shielding agent, was prepared by compounding salt-resistant, temperature-resistant cationic polymers and ultrafine calcium carbonate (PF-QWY) Introduced the research method of QAT-2, the action principle and evaluated its performance. The results of indoor evaluation showed that QAT-2 had a good effect of plugging film formation. The sand tube experiment proved that QAT-2 had a short film-forming time and high strength, and could effectively block the sand bed of 20-40 meshes. The results show that QAT-2 has strong inhibition and can effectively prevent collapse of the well wall and has good reservoir protection effect.
