实验观察了大鼠动情周期和妊娠第3、6、8天子宫表面上皮和腺上皮中糖原、脂类、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和3-β-羟基甾体脱氢酶等的组织化学反应。将糖原、脂类和酶活性的反应强度分为4级。结果发现:在间期,酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶和非特异性酯酶活性最低。糖原和脂类的含量也较低。在动情期的表面上皮中,非特异性酯酶、酸性磷酸酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性增强。提示动情期内膜的糖代谢和脂类代谢开始旺盛。妊娠期,特别是妊娠第6天,糖原和脂类的含量以及酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶的活性都明显增强,提示胚胎植入所需要的营养物质可能主要来源于子宫表面上皮的糖代谢和脂类代谢。在妊娠第6天表面上皮和腺上皮中碱性磷酸酶活性最低。另外还发现大鼠子宫表面上皮中含有3-β-羟基甾体脱氢酶,其意义有待探讨。

Alkaline phosphatase activity was lowest in the surface epithelium and in the gland epithelium on day 6 of pregnancy. In addition, the rat uterine surface epithelium contains 3-β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase, its significance needs to be explored.
