天然花粉是植物的雄性生殖细胞,担负着植物传种的任务,拥有植物发育所需要的全部营养物质。近年来,花粉的利用日益引起人们的兴趣和重视。欧美等国都把花粉制成各种制剂,用作食品和药物。许多营养学家和医学家都在开展花粉研究,并对其价值给予高度评价。日本花粉研究的代表者,横滨市五大学教授洋造博士认为:任何植物性食物的营养价值均难与花粉抗衡。美国花粉学家伯因第认为:花粉是一种完全的营养物,即使长期服用,也没有任何副作用。
