将茎瘤芥“棒棒菜”(Brassicajunceavar.tumidacv″Bangbangcai″)下胚轴离休培养的再生芽,用120~40Gyγ射线照射后,在原培养基(MS+NAA0.2mg/l+BA2.0mg/l)上培养1周,转到加S-(2-氨乙基)-L-半胱氨酸(AEC)的原培养基中,经过连续7代选择,获得了抗AEC的变异体植株。其蛋氨酸和精氨酸含量分别为对照的1.84倍和3倍,赖氨酸比对照略有增加,总氨基酸含量为对照的1.45倍。
The regenerated shoots from the hypocotyls of the hypocotyls of Brassica junceavar. Tumidacv “Bangbangcai” were irradiated with 120 ~ 40 Gy γ-rays and then cultured in the original medium (MS + NAA 0.2 mg / l and BA 2.0 mg / l) 1 week, and then transferred to the original culture medium supplemented with S- (2-aminoethyl) -L-cysteine (AEC). After 7 generations of selection, variant plants resistant to AEC were obtained. The contents of methionine and arginine were 1.84 and 3 times higher than that of the control respectively. The lysine slightly increased than the control, and the total amino acid content was 1.45 times of that of the control.
