直升机发动机维护及排故训练是机务工作者一项重要的受训环节,为解决训练中发动机拆装难度高、资源有限等问题,本文在直升机虚拟维修训练系统(Virtual Maintenance Training System,VMTS)原有拆装模式的基础上,依据直升机发动机排故实际过程及发动机排故手册,设计发动机排故中的交互式拆装训练流程,结合构建的Ka-32发动机地面专用虚拟试车台及专用工具,在虚拟环境中实现对Ka-32发动机从机身拆除至地面试车的完整训练过程。
Helicopter engine maintenance and troubleshooting training is an important trainee training session.
