大老爷府油田自1994年开发以来,注水设备老化,管网匹配不合理,地面管网、井下管柱结垢、腐蚀严重,导致注水单耗增大,注水系统效率降低。通过加装柱塞泵,合理匹配注水泵运行,提高泵效;针对不同区块注入压力差别大的情况,合理划分注水管网。改造污水处理系统,改善水质,减缓井下腐蚀结垢;针对存在的泵管压差较大问题,PCP技术应用保证了大功率注水泵在注水参数发生变化时始终工作在高效区,注水泵效高,达到了节能降耗的目的;定期开展干线冲洗工作,提高管网效率;通过井筒及管柱除垢技术,达到降低注水压力的目的。使注水系统效率提高、注水单耗下降。
