学校是干部、教师、学生和家长等主体相互作用的整体,主体之间协调、同步、合作、竞争、互补产生协同联动效应,使学校的整体功能大于各主体功能之和。借鉴协同理论的分析框架,改造对“竞争”的理解,从立场、需求和信息等角度分析主体间差异,将主体间的协同程度划分为强协同效应水平和弱协同效应水平,确定主体协同发展指数,建立评价解释模型。将该模型应用于学校,判断并解释学校各项工作中干部与学生、干部与家长、教师与学生、教师与家长间的协同效应水平,提出增强主体协同程度的对策建议。
Schools are the main body of cadres, teachers, students and parents interact with each other, and the coordination, synchronization, cooperation, competition and complementarity among the main bodies produce synergetic effect so that the overall function of the school is greater than the sum of the main functions. In the light of the analysis framework of synergetic theory, we should reform the comprehension of “competition ”, analyze the differences among subjects from the perspectives of position, demand and information, divide the degree of synergy between subjects into strong synergies and weak synergies, Collaborative development index, the establishment of evaluation and interpretation model. The model is applied to schools to determine and explain the synergetic effect between cadres and students, cadres and parents, teachers and students, teachers and parents in all kinds of work in schools, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the degree of main body coordination.
