原发于喉的多形T细胞淋巴瘤属于结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的一种,临床少见。我院于1993年～1998年间共收治10例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 10例患者中,男8例,女2例;年龄为17～88岁,平均46.5岁。主要症状是声音嘶哑、吞咽困难、吞咽疼痛、痰中带血丝、发热等。喉镜检查发现喉部肿胀、充血,表面欠光滑,有局限性糜烂及溃疡。临床分期(按Ann Arbor分期):ⅠE期2例;ⅡE期5例;ⅣE期3例。原发部位以会
Primary pleomorphic T-cell lymphoma is a type of extranodal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) that is clinically uncommon. Our hospital in 1993 to 1998 were treated 10 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 10 patients, 8 males and 2 females; aged 17 to 88 years, mean 46.5 years. The main symptoms are hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, swallowing pain, bloody sputum, fever and the like.
