针对空调系统的水力平衡问题,分析了现有的几种平衡阀的工作原理,研究了在解决空调末端水系统水力平衡问题时,平衡阀与电动调节阀相互配合使用所达到的效果,同时指出了其中存在的问题.提出了各种平衡阀配合使用以解决水力平衡问题的方法.结果表明,平衡阀配合使用并非是各自作用简单的叠加,在使用时还需正确选择阀门以及合理设置阀门的安装位置.
Aiming at the problem of hydraulic balance of air conditioning system, the working principle of several existing balancing valves is analyzed. The effect of counterbalance valve and electric regulating valve used together to solve the hydraulic balance problem of air conditioning terminal system is studied. The problems existing in the system are pointed out.A variety of counterbalance valves are used to solve the problem of hydraulic balance.The results show that the counterbalance valves are not simply superimposed on each other and should be properly selected and properly set Installation location.
