汽车前纵梁是汽车发生正面碰撞时的主要吸能部件之一,前纵梁吸能性的好坏,直接影响到整车耐撞性的好坏。文中建立了某轿车的前纵梁有限元模型,用LS-DYNA有限元软件仿真来得到其吸能性能,通过改进纵梁结构,得到比较满意的结果,30ms吸能量达到了13024J;也为以后纵梁的设计进行一些前期的研究。
The front side of the car is one of the main energy-absorbing components when the car is in a frontal collision. The energy absorption of the front side rail directly affects the crashworthiness of the whole car. In this paper, a finite element model of a front-sill of a car is established, and its energy absorption performance is obtained by using finite element software LS-DYNA. By improving the structure of the longitudinal beam, satisfactory results are obtained, and the energy absorption per 30ms reaches 13024J; The design of the stringer carries out some preliminary studies.
