测量了用提拉(CZ)法生长的Nd3+:Gd3Ga5O12(Nd:GGG)激光晶体室温时的吸收光谱,其中在806 nm处的吸收系数最大(α=5.12 cm-1),吸收截面为4.03×10-20cm2。用806 nm激发分别得到室温和10 K时的荧光光谱和荧光寿命,其中在1.06μm附近晶体的荧光发射强度最强,2种温度时的峰值发射截面分别为1.7×10-19cm2和1.9×10-19cm2。0.6 at%和1.0 at%2种Nd3+掺杂浓度的晶体,室温时的荧光寿命分别为251μs和240μs,10 K温度时分别为253μs和241μs。与Nd:YAG晶体的荧光寿命、浓度猝灭效应和发射截面进行了比较,对结果进行了分析与讨论。
The absorption spectra of Nd3 +: Gd3Ga5O12 (Nd: GGG) laser grown by CZ method were measured at room temperature with the largest absorption coefficient (α = 5.12 cm-1) at 806 nm and the absorption cross section of 4.03 × 10-20cm2. Fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime were obtained at 806 nm excitation at room temperature and 10 K, respectively. The fluorescence emission intensity of the crystal near 1.06 μm was the strongest, and the peak emission cross sections at the two temperatures were 1.7 × 10-19 cm 2 and 1.9 × 10 -19cm2.0.6at% and1.0at% Nd3 + -doped crystals with 251μs and 240μs lifetime at room temperature and 253μs and 241μs at 10 K, respectively. Compared with the fluorescence lifetime, concentration quenching effect and emission cross section of Nd: YAG crystal, the results were analyzed and discussed.
