人为可靠度分析在核能电厂安全度评估中扮演极为重要的角色，但由于种种限制，其在量化人为误失概率的准确性上经常受到质疑．本文叙述台湾多年执行人为可靠度分析之经验，并特别强调如何强化准备工作与访谈技巧以有效提升分析的一致性与客观性． Human reliability analysis plays a very important role in the safety assessment of nuclear power plants, but due to various limitations, it is often questioned in quantifying the accuracy of human error. This article describes the experience of Taiwan’s multi-year implementers in reliability analysis with particular emphasis on how to enhance the preparation and interview skills to effectively enhance the consistency and objectivity of the analysis.
