目的 了解心理学干预提高新入伍独生子女士兵适应能力的效果。方法 通过心理学知识讲座等形式,观察比较心理学干预前后独生子女和多生子女士兵心理状况的变化。结果 心理学干预前,独生子女士兵的负性情绪体验显著高于多生子女士兵,积极情绪体验显著低于多生子女士兵。心理学干预后,独生子女多项负性体验因子得分显著降低,而积极应付因子得分显著升高。结论 心理学干预可以有效促进入伍新兵尤其是独生子女士兵对新环境的适应能力。
Objective To understand the effect of psychology intervention on adaptability of the newly enlisted one-child soldiers. Methods Through the psychology knowledge lectures and other forms, we observed and compared the psychological status changes of the only-child and polygamous children before and after psychology intervention. Results Before psychology intervention, the negative emotional experience of the only child soldier was significantly higher than that of the multiple child soldier, and the positive emotional experience was significantly lower than that of the multiple child soldier. After psychology intervention, the number of negative experience factor scores of only child was significantly decreased, while the active coping factor score was significantly increased. Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively promote recruits, especially one-child soldiers adapt to the new environment.
