1989年1月～1990年1月对51例中、重度有机磷农药中毒患者随机分组进行对比治疗,报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择:51例均选自1989年1月～1990年1月入院的有机磷衣约中毒患者。按入院时病情轻重分型定度,以入院先后随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别给予复方解磷注射液,30%氯磷定注射液肌注法;换血疗法
From January 1989 to January 1990, 51 cases of moderate and severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were randomized to compare treatment, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection: 51 cases were selected from January 1989 ~ January 1990 admission of organic phosphorus clothing about poisoning patients. According to severity of illness on admission, the patients were randomly assigned to A, B, and C groups for admission, respectively. The patients were treated with Fufang Injection and 30% Chlortetracycline Injection respectively;
