江泽民同志1996年提出的“多出注重社会效果的精品”的文艺思想揭示了社会主 义 新时期文艺和政治的关系问题。这一思想是对毛泽东的“文艺从属于政治”理论和邓小平的 “文艺应为人民服务、为社会主义服务”的理论的重大发展。这一思想的确立,解决了长期 困扰我国文艺理论界的几个重大难题，促进了我国文艺事业的建设。
The ideology of literature and art “made by Jiang Zemin in 1996, which gives more attention to the social effects” has revealed the relationship between literature and art and politics in the new era of socialism. This idea is a significant development of Mao Zedong’s theory of “literature and art being subordinate to politics” and Deng Xiaoping’s theory that “literature and art should serve the people and serve socialism.” The establishment of this ideology has solved several major problems long troubling the theoretical circles of literature and art in our country and has promoted the construction of our country’s literature and art.
