简单暴露效应的模式和机制一直是社会认知的热点问题。本研究通过两个实验重点探讨了浅加工水平下,刺激的过度暴露是否会导致喜好评价出现转折点。结果发现:(1)无意识条件下,不仅未出现喜好评价的转折点,甚至简单暴露效应都消失了。但是意外的发现了某种虚拟暴露效应。(2)有意识条件下,发现了简单暴露效应,但未出现喜好评价的转折点,过度暴露并未产生喜好评价的降低,也没有表现为单调上升模式。
The patterns and mechanisms of simple exposure effects have always been a hot issue in social cognition. In this study, two experiments focused on whether the stimulus over-exposure could lead to a turning point in preference evaluation at shallow processing level. The results showed that: (1) Under the condition of unconsciousness, not only the turning point of preference evaluation did not appear, but even the simple exposure effect disappeared. But unexpectedly discovered some kind of virtual exposure effect. (2) Under the condition of awareness, we found a simple exposure effect, but did not appear the turning point of preference evaluation. Excessive exposure did not reduce the preference evaluation, nor did it show monotonically rising mode.
