2015年2月武汉被评为全国文明城市,但黄鹤楼景区内多处景点英译存在着问题。本文以生态翻译学为理论支撑,分别从语言维、文化维及交际维的适应性选择视角出发,对景区英译失误进行了分析,改正了错误译文,并认为这一理论是提高旅游翻译质量,传播黄鹤楼文化,提高黄鹤楼对外形象的重要途径。
February 2015 Wuhan was rated as a civilized city in China, but there are problems in the English translation of many scenic spots in the scenic area of Yellow Crane Tower. This paper, based on the theory of ecotranslatability, analyzes the mistakes in English translation of scenic spots from the perspectives of adaptability of linguistic dimension, cultural dimension and communicative dimension, and corrects the mistranslated texts, and thinks that this theory is to improve the quality of tourism translation , Dissemination of Yellow Crane Tower culture, improve the Yellow Crane Tower, an important way of foreign image.
