采用气体多元共渗技术在550℃条件下对调质态45CrMoV模具钢样品分别进行了1 h、2 h、4 h和8 h的共渗处理,利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、滑动摩擦磨损试验机、电化学工作站等对渗层的微观形貌、显微硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性进行了测试和分析。结果表明,经过低温气体多元共渗处理的样品具有良好的耐蚀性,且随多元共渗时间的增长,耐蚀性有所增强,共渗时间在4 h以内,由于腐蚀电位的提高,材料的耐蚀性增强,共渗处理8 h的样品则因为腐蚀电流大幅减小,抗腐蚀性能得到大幅提高;经过低温气体多元共渗处理的样品,耐磨性比原材有大幅提高,但随共渗时间增长,化合物层加厚,易于在摩擦过程中崩碎产生颗粒,使样品产生犁削磨损,因此耐磨性能下降。
The samples of 45CrMoV tempered 45CrMoV steel were infiltrated by gas multivariate permeation technique at 550 ℃ for 1 h, 2 h, 4 h and 8 h, respectively. However, The co-permeation time increases, the compound layer is thickened, it is easy to crumble and produce particles in the process of friction, so as to make the samples have plow abrasion and wear resistance decreases.
