学者危机严重影响学者在社会治理中的作用发挥。研究使用规范分析方法,首先从社会结构划分和新五民论出发,讨论了学者概念及其六种社会作用,分析了学者危机的六种表现:身份、社会角色、学术、道德、信任和社会认同、发展危机。指出危机的原因是:(1)集权传统和社会文化政治化;(2)学者社会定位混乱;(3)社会主流价值观缺失;(4)学术政治化、经济化倾向严重,缺乏独立性和严肃性;(5)学术研究和社会现实背离;(6)学术评价体系错位,重数量轻质量,重等级轻贡献;(7)学科间发展不平衡;(8)缺乏有效的制度约束机制;(9)学者修养淡化等。并针对危机根源提出了九条学者重塑途径,呼吁开展广泛的学者重塑运动。
Scholars’ crises seriously affect the role of scholars in social governance. The study uses normative analysis. First, starting from the division of social structure and the theory of “new Five-People”, this paper discusses the concept of scholars and their six social roles and analyzes six manifestations of scholars’ crisis: identity, social roles, academic, ethical, trust and social Identification, development crisis. The reasons for the crisis are as follows: (1) the tradition of centralization of power and the politicization of social culture; (2) the confusion of scholar’s social orientation; (3) the lack of values in the mainstream society; (4) academic and economic tendency, lack of independence and seriousness (5) Discrepancy between academic research and social reality; (6) Dislocation of academic evaluation system, light weight and light weight contribution; (7) Unbalanced development among disciplines; (8) Lack of effective institutional restraint mechanism; 9) scholars and other desalination training. In the light of the root causes of the crisis, nine scholars put forward ways to reshape the culture and called for a wide range of scholars to reshape the movement.
