目的 探讨血白细胞表面细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM - 1)表达与急性缺血性脑血管病关系。方法 应用流式细胞术测定 139例脑缺血急性期患者和 5 2例健康人周围血白细胞上ICAM - 1。结果 急性脑缺血患者发病 48小时内中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞上ICAM - 1明显增高 ,病后 2周中性粒细胞上ICAM - 1下降 ,而淋巴细胞和单核细胞上ICAM - 1表达仍高。结论 ICAM - 1通过中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞和单核细胞在脑缺血发病初不同阶段发挥作用
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (ICAM - 1) and acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease on leukocytes. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect ICAM - 1 in 139 cases of acute cerebral ischemia and 52 cases of peripheral blood leukocytes in healthy volunteers. Results ICAM - 1 on neutrophils and lymphocytes was significantly increased in patients with acute cerebral ischemia within 48 hours after onset of the disease, ICAM - 1 decreased on neutrophils 2 weeks after the onset of disease, and ICAM - 1 expression on lymphocytes and monocytes Still high. Conclusion ICAM - 1 plays a role in different stages of cerebral ischemia by neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes
